Flood alleviation scheme in Keinton Mandeville, Charlton Adam, Charlton Mackrell and Kingsdon

Wessex Water is making a significant investment of nearly £450,000 to repair damaged sections of the sewer system in and around the villages of Keinton Mandeville, Charlton Adam, Charlton Mackrell and Kingsdon this spring. 

Access for residents and businesses within these closures will be maintained, although it may be delayed at times. 

A full programme for the area is outlined in the attached letter and the work will start on Monday 26 February 2024 and is expected to last for around 11 weeks, finishing on Friday 10 May 2024.
